When is pick up and drop off?

Rentals can be picked up 1pm-5pm Mon-Fri. Rentals need to be dropped off by 10am Mon-Fri. If you need to pick up or drop off outside those hours please contact us.

Processing Time?

We need to verify insurance coverage on all rentals which typically requires at least 1 business day. If we cannot verify your insurance you'll be treated as if not having insurance.

After Hours Emergency?

Yes, we can service after hours rentals in a pinch but we may charge an opening fee and if you don't have an open account you'll need to leave a deposit for the replacement amount.

Can I get terms?

We do not offer terms to new clients. Clients that have been customers of ours previously may apply for terms of Net 15 or Net 30.

Do I need Insurance?

Yes we do require you provide us a COI listing Image Engine, Ltd. as an additional loss payee on all rentals. If you do not have insurance you can still rent from us but you will have to leave a deposit for the full replacement value of the items you're renting.

Can we have an Open Account?

Yes, if you have an ongoing job we can keep your account open for any add-ons or early returns. We ask that you provide a list of authorized users if not any changes to the rental will need to be approved by the person who established the account.

Like many businesses we're Monday through Friday 9-5
